Mobile Patrols
A professionally operated mobile patrol service which can be
tailored to your needs. The patrol may cover internal and external
inspections with additional services available. A fully equipped
control room is manned 24 hours with a rapid reaction guaranteed.
Perimeter Guarding
Harrison Security & Son Ltd are expert in sourcing, supplying
and installing high-security external perimeter protection and
monitoring devices, both passive and active linked systems in conjunction
with Remote CCTV & Alarm equipment.
Burglar Alarms
Intruder alarms can be connected to our remote 24 hour Central
Monitoring Station to give immediate Police or Private Guarding
response.
We generally fit remote access and service modules to new, phone connected alarm systems. These modules allow minor servicing, faultfinding and modifications (such as code changes) to be carried out remotely by ourselves therefore eliminating the need for an engineer to attend site thereby reducing costs to the client.
Statistics have shown that 80% of all calls where the client has believed that attendance by an engineer is a necessity have been resolved through a modem link. This has, on average, reduced client costs by 80% and waiting time by 3 hours.
We can also provide and set up Windows based software and hardware (a specified modem) at the clients residential or security monitoring address. As we are voluntarily accredited and governed by the SSAIB (Security Systems & Alarms Inspection Board), we are required to have strict controls over the amount of "false" alarm activations generated by our security systems.
It should be noted that only companies accredited by bodies such as the SSAIB are allowed to fit Police Calling alarm systems. Any upheld complaint to the SSAIB by a client who believes that their system or the follow up service does not comply with the necessary regulations could result in withdrawal of accreditation and therefore the withdrawal of the ability, by us, to fit such systems for anyone else.
